Welcome to SoMART,
the Server for plant miRNA/tasiRNA Analysis Resources and Tools.
Please choose a tool below.
detects small RNAs that can potentially target your gene of interest from
sRNA-seq libraries in Arabidopsis, potato, tomato, and tobacco.
maps degradome RNA (dRNA) to your gene of interest from dRNA libraries
prepared from Arabidopsis, potato, tomato and tobacco plants.
detects genetic loci or precursor sequences of your input small RNA and
determines if they can fold into MIR structures.
maps small RNA (sRNA) to your gene of interest from sRNA libraries
prepared from Arabidopsis, potato, tomato, and tobacco plants.
comare results from Slicer Detector and dRNA mapper and retrieve
slicers supported by dRNA reads mapped to the predicted cleavage sites.
Note: the input should be derived from analysis of the same gene sequences
by Slicer detector and dRNA mapper using databases from same species.

and target gene analysis. Plant J 70:891-901pdf
Some public databases generated from others' work were also used,
to cite data sources, please refer to database description.pdf
If you want analyze your own databases, please contact Feng Li
(by email:firstname.lastname@example.org) and send your data in a tab-delimited
two-column list format with read sequence followed by read number
(eg: AGCTGACGATTACA 200) in a DVD or CD
